Health & Safety Guidelines for Clients

Welcome to our Clinic – Your Safety is Our Priority

To ensure the highest standard of care and safety, please follow the guidelines below when visiting our dermatology and aesthetic clinic.

1. Before Your Appointment

  • Do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell (e.g. fever, cold, flu-like symptoms, or any skin infection).

  • Inform us if you are:

    • Pregnant or breastfeeding

    • Taking blood thinners or antibiotics

    • Have any known allergies (especially to lidocaine, hyaluronic acid, or botulinum toxin)

  • Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications (e.g. ibuprofen) for 24 hours prior to injectable treatments, unless prescribed.

2. Upon Arrival

  • Please arrive on time to prevent overlap with other clients.

  • Use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the clinic.

  • We may perform a brief health screening or ask you to complete a medical questionnaire.

  • Avoid bringing guests unless necessary.

3. During Treatment

  • All procedures are carried out in a sanitized treatment room using sterile, single-use equipment.

  • Your practitioner will wear appropriate protective equipment (e.g. gloves, mask).

  • Please notify your practitioner immediately if you feel anxious, dizzy, or unwell at any point.

4. Aftercare & Safety

  • Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner carefully to ensure proper healing and reduce risk of complications.

  • If you experience unexpected swelling, pain, or signs of infection, contact the clinic immediately.

  • Avoid:

    • Touching the treated area for several hours

    • Intense exercise, saunas, and alcohol for 24–48 hours

    • Makeup on treated areas (as advised)

5. Confidentiality & Consent

  • You will be asked to sign a consent form before any procedure.

  • All personal and medical information is handled confidentially, in accordance with data protection laws.

  • Please don’t hesitate to ask questions or raise any concerns – our team is here to ensure you feel informed and confident about your treatment.
